What types of prenatal yoga class does Lovely Nest Wellness offer?

We offer comprehensive antenatal education sessions covering childbirth preparation, nutrition, and relaxation techniques. Each one-hour class includes 10 minutes of antenatal topics followed by 40 minutes of prenatal yoga asanas. The prenatal yoga course available 12 session classes and 24 session classes.

Can I attend prenatal yoga sessions if I am a beginner?

Our prenatal yoga classes welcome all skill levels, including beginners, and are guided by certified instructors who provide expert support in every session. If you have any pregnancy complications, please consult your obstetrician before joining. For your safety, complete our assessment form before attending the class. You can begin prenatal yoga from 14 weeks of pregnancy up to 40 weeks.

Do you offer any treatment specially helping Postpartum Depression?

Yes, our personalized one-on-one postnatal yoga therapies support new mothers in recovery and relaxation. This meditative practice incorporates sound frequencies from instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. The aim is to cultivate a serene environment that encourages relaxation, self-reflection, and healing. During a sound bath, mothers can rest comfortably while the facilitator plays these instruments, allowing the sound waves to induce deep relaxation and emotional release.

How does the Diastasis Recti Recovery Program work?

Our instructor holds a sports science qualification from the National Coaching Academy. She assess the level of Diastasis Recti and design an 18 weeks program. This program includes core-specific exercises, splinting techniques, functional movement education, and daily activation of the transverse abdominis. Over 18 weeks, you will progress through phases to reduce the separation, strengthen your core, and restore postural alignment and organ support.
